Q: How can I cancel the order if I place the order by mistake, or items are out of stock?
A: If you have placed an order by mistake or due to unforeseen circumstances the product you ordered is not in stock, you can cancel your order easily by sending an email to us as long as your order status has not changed to Dispatched or Dispatching Soon.
Q: How can I get back the refund amount if the items are out of stock?
A: Although we do try to keep as much product in stock at all times, due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we do run out of stock. If you think the waiting time is too long, or want to cancel the order during the back-order period, you can cancel your order easily by sending an email and the payment will be refunded 2-4 working days directly to the account you used for paying.
