DWI provides a 14 Days Return Policy if you change your mind about your purchase, find your item faulty or dead on arrival.

Q: How can I process my return?

A: You can fill in the RA form to submit your return request for 14 days change of mind, dead arrival or warranty request. Please fill out the RA Form using the following link with the photos attached and details of the problem that you’re encountering with the product:

The details that you will provide will be forwarded to our Post-Sales Team for the initial assessment by the technician. And you may liaise with the Return Department via the online RA link for further handling.

Q: How can I get the refund if I had changed my mind on my purchase?

A: If the order has not been shipped yet or in Dispatching Soon status, you can contact our Customer Service team during business hours and they will assist you further.

If the order has been shipped, you can fill in the RA form to submit the return request by "14 days change of mind."  Please fill out the RA Form using the following link with the photos attached of the returning product:

The details that you will provide will be forwarded to our Post-Sales team for the initial assessment and once the Post-Sales team confirms that item meets all our terms for 14 Days Return Policy with the details provided, they will then get back you. And you may liaise with the Return Department via the online RA link for further handling.
