Q: What is the typical delivery time?

A: Delivery time may vary depending on your method of payment and contact details provided. To ensure the fastest possible delivery time it is important that you provide correct and as much contact information as possible when placing your order. The delivery time is a combination of Order Processing, Payent Confirmatio, Verification, Dispatch, and Shipping Times which are as follows.

Please find the estimated delivery time frame as provided by our shipping partners from the time of dispatch

Express shipping to metropolitan areas:          1 - 3 working days 
Express shipping to regional/remote areas:     3 - 5 working days 
Standard shipping to metropolitan areas:         2 - 5 working days 
Standard shipping to regional/remote areas:     3 - 7 working days 

*For New Zealand deliveries the estimated delivery time is between 2-5 working days from dispatch.

Q: What is the delivery costs and charges?

A: DWI provides FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to Australian Metro Areas ONLY. The following table shows the express shipping fee and shipping fee to Remote areas and New Zealand.

Q: How much is needed to be charged for the shipping Insurance?

A: Shipping Insurance is covered by our private company insurance and is calculated at 2% of the value of the product rounded up to the nearest dollar. Such insurance will cover you against any goods that are damaged and/or lost in transit to you once it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because customers who do not purchase shipping insurance WILL NOT be eligible for FULL REFUND of the product value/replacement in the event where the shipment is lost/ damaged during transit from our warehouse to you.

Q: Can I choose to pick up the items at local warehouse or post office?

A: We are sorry that we do not have any local pick up service in Australia or New Zealand. All our orders are mostly shipped with courier services such as DHL, DPEX(Toll Group) or other couriers of our choice from our warehouse in Hong Kong to provide a perfect delivery service for our customer.

Q: Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

A: This would sometimes happen on large or bulk purchase orders. For easier handling by the couriers, we will normally pack the order with maximum 5-6 items in the single parcel.

Q: Can I ship to different address?

A: No. At the moment each order can be able to ship to a single address in Australia or New Zealand.
